The closest thing to an aggregator was Meals on Wheels.

They have upscale restaurants on this platform so they could open delivery orders to the revenue stream for them.
However, no one took this opportunity as seriously then because these restaurants not only added a delivery fee but charged the same price as one would pay for a dining experience.

On top of that the dishes were not optimized for delivery in terms of the food traveling well home.
